Really enjoyed every detail about our very nice 2 nights stay here. Our budget twin room was spotless, with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The location was great and fantastic, close to center.

Enjoyed our budget twin room with wash basin, a fridge, for example. It was neat as expected. The staff was superbly friendly and accommodating all that time. Our hotel was in a particularly good location close to center.

Had budget twin room with TV and a fridge. All in all particularly good location, just next door to the surrounding area, regular buses and local areas including Leeds city centre. Also, very near the event I was there for.

I was on a trip and booked budget room with a fridge, TV, wash basin. Everything was excellent, I greatly enjoyed that. The location was convenient - close enough to regular buses round the corner as well as Leeds city centre.

The position was comfortable and ideal, close to a bus station. We had an a nice size budget room with a fridge and TV. The staff helped us and were very very helpful and best.

Big budget room, good beds. Bonus point for an electric kettle, central heating, and an iron and ironing board. Ideal location of the hotel very close to the residence. Really close to local areas as well as a quiet area. Really great place for a budget stay.
